Services
All fees are payable in Naira. Fees depend on the exchange rate of the day, which will be available at the time of your appointment. Payment is by bank transfer or Australian credit card only.
An emergency passport may take up to 48 hours to issue.
Please provide your full name, date of birth, lost/stolen passport number (if applicable), address, telephone number and email address in the comments section to ahc.abuja@dfat.gov.au
Please refer to our website www.nigeria.highcommission.gov.au to download the PC8 application form and bring: two passport photos, the application form, any other ID documents you may hold and your credit card as payment by cash or cheque is no longer possible.
This travel document will contain only 8 visa pages and the validity will be limited to a period of six months.
If travel is via or to a country other than Australia, please contact the respective embassy of that country for entry and visa requirements. The Australian Embassy cannot provide visa information.

Certification of documents is when the an Australian High Commission Official makes copies of the original document, which are then stamped and certified as true copies. Certification can only be done when the original documents are presented to the AHC.
An Australian High Commission Official can witness a client's signature on a document and step the document with the High Commission's seal. This does not include witnessing signatures on passport applications.
